吸附磺胺甲噁唑的改性LDHs制备参数优化

Optimization of Preparation Parameters of Modified LDHs for Adsorption of Sulfamethoxazole

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了十二烷基磺酸根插层的镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物(SLS-LDHs),扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射的表征结果表明SLS-LDHs成功合成。以对磺胺甲噁唑的饱和吸附量为评价指标,通过单因素试验考察了制备过程中5个因素对吸附效果的影响。通过响应面试验结果拟合得到了二次计算模型,方差分析表明各因素影响大小排序为:水浴温度>pH>陈化温度,推荐最优参数为:pH值9.83、水浴温度42.72℃、陈化温度96.52℃,理论最佳吸附量为0.7710mg/g。为便于操作,实际推荐最佳参数取:pH值9.8、水浴温度43℃、水浴时间2h、陈化温度97℃、陈化时间16h。 Magnesium-aluminum layered bimetallic hydroxides(SLS-LDHs)with dodecyl sulfonate intercalation were prepared by co-precipitation,and the characterization results of scanning electron microscopy,energy spectroscopy and Xray diffraction shows that SLS-LDHs were successfully synthesized.Taking the saturated adsorption capacity of sulfamethoxazole as the evaluation index,the influence of five factors on the adsorption effect during the preparation process was investigated by univariate experiment.The quadratic calculation model was obtained by fitting the results of the response surface test.The ANOVA shows that the size of the influence of each factor is as follows:water bath temperature>pH>aging temperature,and the recommended optimal parameters are:pH value 9.83,water bath temperature 42.72℃,aging temperature 96.52℃,and the theoretical optimal adsorption capacity is 0.7710mg/g.In order to facilitate operation,the best recommended parameters are:pH value 9.8,water bath temperature 43℃,water bath time 2h,aging temperature 97℃,and aging time 16h.
