摘要
针对炼厂开停工及检维修等非连续性工序、临时性、突发状况期间产生的VOCs废气不能满足处理装置随用随到的问题,分析现有废气治理技术的优缺点和适用性,提出了化学吸收预处理+冷凝+吸附技术的组合处理工艺,采用撬装模块化设计了一套移动式VOCs处理系统。通过现场应用试验表明:系统能够实现各种风量、不同浓度污染物稳定达标,总体去除率可达95%以上。系统的成功实施可以为炼厂特殊工况下废气处理提供借鉴和参考。
Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the existing VOCs waste gas treatment technologies,this paper proposes a combination process consist of chemical absorption pretreatment+condensation absorption+activated carbon adsorption technology,and designs a set of mobile VOCs treatment system with skid-mounted modularization,to solve the problem that some non-continuous processes,temporary and sudden situations such as shutdown and inspection generating pollution sources cannot meet the needs on call in refinery.Field tests show that the system can meeting the mission standards stably of various gas volume and concentrations,and the overall removal rate can reach more than 95%.The successful implementation of the mobile treatment system can provide reference for the treatment of waste gas in special working conditions in refinery.
