摘要
文章旨在研究波尔山羊在配种前饲喂不同蛋白水平和能量的日粮对其繁殖性能的影响。试验将39头4月龄的健康波尔母山羊分为3组,各13只,试验1组采用高能高蛋白日粮;试验2组采用中能中蛋白日粮;对照组采用低能低蛋白日粮,对比三组波尔山羊繁殖性能差异。结果显示,三组母波尔山羊初始体重与饲养10 d的差异不显著(P>0.05);饲养50 d与饲养100 d平均日增长体重与背膘厚组间差异与组内差异均显著(P<0.05);试验1组总产仔数量、产仔成活率、初窝幼仔平均体重与其他两组差异显著(P<0.05);三组波尔山羊在35和80 d测量的CAT指标和MDA指标均差异显著(P<0.05)。所以认为采用高能高蛋白日粮对波尔山羊繁殖性能有更优的效果,可以在实际饲养过程中推广使用。
This study mainly analyzed the effects of Boer goats fed diets with different protein levels and energy on their reproductive performance before mating.Thirty-nine 4-month-old healthy Boer female goats were selected and divided into three groups,with 13 goats in each group.Experimental group 1 was fed with high-energy and high-protein diet.Experimental group 2 was fed with medium-energy medium-protein diet;The control group was fed with low-energy and low-protein diet,and the differences of reproductive performance among three groups of Boer goats were compared.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the initial weight of three groups of female Boer goats and the value of feeding for 10 days(P>0.05).There were significant differences in average daily gain weight and back fat thickness between 50d and 100d feeding groups and within groups(P<0.05).The total number of litters,the survival rate of litters and the average weight of litters in experimental group 1 were significantly different from those in other two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in CAT index and MDA index between the three groups of Boer goats at 35d and 80d(P<0.05).Therefore,it is considered that the highenergy and high-protein diet will play a better role in the reproductive performance of Boer goats and can be popularized in the actual feeding process.
