摘要
文章研究了高效液相色谱法快速筛查饲料中14种抗氧化剂的方法。样品经正己烷溶解后用乙腈提取,以C_(18)(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,1.5%(体积分数)乙酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为20~30℃,在25 min内实现了对饲料中14种抗氧化剂的快速测定。14种抗氧化剂线性关系较好,相关系数(R^(2))大于0.99,回收率为85.2%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为5.0%~9.2%。该方法可同时快速分析饲料中14种抗氧化剂,弥补了饲料中抗氧化剂检测方法检测种类较少、检测时间较长的不足。
A rapid screening method of 14 kinds of antioxidants in feed by high performance liquid chromatography was studied.After the dissolution of n-hexane,the samples were extracted with acetonitrile and separated on a C_(18)(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)column with 1.5%(volume fraction)acetic acid aqueous solution and methanol as mobile phase gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was 20-30℃.The rapid determination of 14 kinds of antioxidants in feed was achieved within 25 min.The correlation coefficient(R^(2))was greater than 0.99.The recoveries ranged from 85.2%to 102.3%,the relative standard deviations ranged from 5.0%to 9.2%.This method can quickly analyze 14 kinds of antioxidants in feed at the same time,which makes up for the shortage of few kinds and long detection time of antioxidant detection methods in feed.
