摘要
我国饲料行业发展迅猛,尤其是行业门槛偏低,进入企业众多,导致市场竞争加剧。饲料企业面临着产能效率低、产品同质化严峻等问题,阻碍了企业的深入发展。基于此,饲料企业必须充分重视财务风险及内部控制管理工作,更好地适应当前市场带来的各种挑战与机遇。文章从分析饲料企业财务风险类型与内部控制管理特色出发,总结影响饲料企业财务内部控制风险因素,以及管理过程中存在的问题,进而针对性地提出饲料企业的财务风险及内部控制管理策略。
The rapid development of the domestic feed industry,especially the industry threshold is low,enter many enterprises,leading to intensified market competition.However,feed enterprises are faced with such problems as low productivity efficiency and severe product homogeneity,which hinder the further development of enterprises.Based on this,feed enterprises must pay full attention to financial risk and internal control management,in order to better adapt to the current market brought by various challenges and opportunities.This article from the analysis of feed enterprise financial risk types and internal control management characteristics,summed up the impact of feed enterprise financial internal control risk factors,as well as the problems in the management process,and then put forward the feed enterprise financial risk and internal control management strategy.
