摘要
介绍了红钢3号高炉在无预休风、未充分洗炉情况下,使用炉顶洒水枪降料面停炉的操作实践。通过“停炉前控制改善用料和精准负荷调控,加盖面焦时采用边缘布焦矩阵并控料线下料,以及降料面过程分阶段调控和合理出铁管理”等技术手段,高炉克服了洒水不均、顶温偏差大、频繁爆震等困难,历时11 h20 min安全降料面至风口区域,实现安全快速降料面停炉。
This paper introduces the operation practice of using the top sprinkler to drop surface to stop the furnace of Honggang No.3 BF under the condition that there is no pre-rest air and the furnace is not fully washed.Through the technical means of"improving raw materials and precise load control before furnace shutdown,adopting edge coke matrix and controlling the depth of the feed line when covering the surface coke,as well as stage adjustment and control and reasonable iron discharge management during the process of falling the feed surface",the No.3 BF overcame the difficulties of uneven water spraying,large deviation of top temperature and frequent detonation,and lasted 11 h20 min to safely drop the material surface to the tuyere area,to achieve a safe and rapid material lowering surface shutdown.
