承插型盘扣式脚手架在泵站桥机安装中的应用

摘要 引江济淮蜀山泵站主厂房中的QD75/20 t-19 m双主梁桥机安装时正值主厂房顶部梁板柱结构浇筑施工,桥机小车距离其结构底部的距离仅为0.5 m,若采用常规的吊装方法,桥机主梁与小车将无法吊装到位。阐述了该工程将“承插型盘扣式脚手架与汽车吊”相结合,通过搭设支撑平台、铺设临时轨道等在厂房外部进行桥机安装的方式,有效地解决了主厂房桥机吊装因空间不足、对土建结构施工干扰大、占用直线工期等难题。 The double main beam bridge crane QD75/20 t-19 m in the main workshop of Shushan Pumping Station is installed during the concrete construction of beam-plate-column structure at the top of the main workshop.The distance between the trolley of the bridge crane and the bottom of the structure is only 0.5 m.If conventional hoisting method is adopted,the main beam and the trolley of the bridge crane cannot be hoisted in place.This paper expounds that the project combines"socket-type disk-buckle scaffold and truck crane",and installs the bridge crane outside the workshop by setting up the supporting platform and laying the temporary track,which effectively solves the problems of the bridge crane hoisting in the main workshop due to the lack of space,great interference to the civil structure and occupying the linear construction period.
