摘要
“食品分析”是本科院校食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业的专业主干课程,涵盖的知识内容多。根据课程建设的需要,对课程教学目标、课程教学内容、课程线上线下教学资源、课程成绩评定方式等方面进行研究,结合超星学习通平台开展线上线下混合式教学实践。通过多年级实践教学增强了学生学习的积极性,学生的自主学习能力、创新创业能力及实践应用能力得到了提升,学生的学习成绩有较大提高,项目研究与实践获得了同行教师、学生及实习单位的一致好评。
Food Analysis is a major course of food science and engineering,food quality and safety in undergraduate colleges and universities,covering a wide range of knowledge.According to the needs of the course construction,the course teaching objectives,course teaching contents,online and offline teaching resources,course performance evaluation methods and other aspects are studied,and the online and offline hybrid teaching practice is carried out in combination with the Superstar Learning Platform;Through multi grade practical teaching,students'enthusiasm for learning has been enhanced,their independent learning ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability and practical application ability have been improved,and their academic performance has been greatly improved;The research and practice of the project has won unanimous praise from teachers,students and practice units in the same industry.
