摘要
镐型截齿在截割头上进行安装时的切削角及倾斜角对截齿的截割性能具有重要的影响作用,采用有限元仿真分析的形式,对不同的切削角及倾斜角的截割阻力进行分析。结果表明,在切削角度为45°、倾斜角度为15°时截齿作用的截割阻力最小,截齿的截割性能最好,在煤岩的截割过程中应尽量选取最优的角度,提高掘进机的效率。
The cutting angle and inclination angle of the pick type pick during installation on the cutting head have an important impact on the cutting performance of the pick.Finite element simulation analysis is used to analyze the cutting resistance of different cutting angles and inclination angles.The results show that when the cutting angle is 45°and the inclination angle is 15°,the cutting resistance of the cutting teeth is the smallest,and the cutting performance of the cutting teeth is the best.In the cutting process of coal and rock,the optimal angle should be selected as much as possible to improve the efficiency of the tunneling machine.
