摘要
针对航空发动机试车系统建设费用高、危险性高、操作难度大,不能适应高职院校航空发动机专业实践教学的突出问题,利用现代信息技术开发了集发动机结构认知、仿真试车、典型故障模拟、灯光动态演示等功能于一体的航空发动机试车仿真实验教学系统。详细介绍了系统的设计原则、系统框架、软硬件组成和应用实例,为航空类院校建设发动机试车教学系统提供参考和借鉴。
In view of the prominent problems of high construction cost,high risk and difficult operation of aeroengine test run system,which can not adapt to the practical teaching of aeroengine specialty in higher vocational colleges,the aeroengine test run simulation experiment teaching system integrating engine structure recognition,simulation test run,typical fault simulation,and dynamic lighting demonstration has been developed by using modern information technology.The design principle,system framework,software and hardware composition and application examples of the system are introduced in detail,which provides reference and reference for the construction of engine test run teaching system in aviation colleges and universities.
