摘要
为提升矿用带式输送机运行稳定性和可靠性,设计研究了监控系统。某煤矿中使用3台带式输送机进行长距离运输,监控系统设置了设备监测点、保护监测点和环境监测点,可实时准确地掌握设备及其环境的运行状态,为设备的控制与保护提供数据支撑。对每条输送机设置1个采样控制站,选用型号为ET-200SP,整条输送线设置1个控制总站,选用的处理器型号为西门子S7-1200型PLC可编程控制器,对系统中使用的主要传感器和开关选型情况进行了介绍。将监控系统应用到工程实践中,使用后分析认为,每年可为企业创造100万元的经济效益。
In order to improve the operational stability and reliability of mining belt conveyors,a monitoring system was designed and studied.Three belt conveyors are used in a coal mine for long-distance transportation.The monitoring system sets up equipment monitoring points,protection monitoring points and environmental monitoring points,which can grasp the operating status of the equipment and its environment in real time and accurately,and provide data support for the control and protection of the equipment.For each conveyor set up a sampling control station,the selected model ET-200SP,the entire conveyor line set up a control master station,the selected processor model for the Siemens S7-1200 PLC programmable controller,the main sensors and switches used in the system selection situation is introduced.The monitoring system was applied to engineering practice and the analysis after use concluded that it could create an annual economic benefit of 1 million RMB for the enterprise.
