摘要
【目的】分析治疗肾性蛋白尿现代中医药文献中的处方用药规律。【方法】检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBD)中有关中药方剂治疗肾性蛋白尿的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台V2.5的数据挖掘分析功能,分析中药治疗肾性蛋白尿的处方用药规律。【结果】共筛选出中药治疗肾性蛋白尿的中医药文献133篇,涉及方剂152首,中药245味。使用频次居前的中药为黄芪、白术、茯苓、山药、山茱萸、丹参、党参、当归、泽泻、熟地黄、益母草等;所用药物以甘温药为主,归经主要归脾经,其次为归肝、肾经。药物的关联规则分析得到常用药对14对,并通过进一步的聚类分析得到8个新方组合。【结论】治疗肾性蛋白尿的中药以健脾益气、利水消肿为主,兼以益肾疏肝、理气活血化瘀;黄芪为治疗蛋白尿的有效药物;通过数据挖掘得到的8个新方组合,可为中医药临床治疗肾性蛋白尿提供参考。
Objective To analyze the medication rules in the modern traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)literature for the treatment of renal proteinuria.Methods The literature on Chinese herbal prescriptions for the treatment of renal proteinuria was retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBD,and the data mining and analysis functions of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5 were used to analyze the prescription medication rules of Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of renal proteinuria.Results A total of 133 articles for the treatment of renal proteinuria by Chinese medicine were obtained,involving 152 formulas and 245 Chinese herbal medicines.The frequently-used herbs were Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Corni Fructus,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Codonopsis Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Alismatis Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Leonuri Herba,et al.The Chinese medicines were characterized by being sweet in flavor and warm in nature,and usually had the meridian tropism of spleen meridian firstly,and sometimes of liver and kidney meridians.After association rule analysis,14 commonly-used herbal pairs were obtained,and then 8 new formula combinations were derived from the results of cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of renal proteinuria is usually by adopting the Chinese medicines for strengthening spleen and replenishing qi,inducing diuresis to relieve edema,assisting by using the herbs for tonifying kidney and soothing liver to regulate qi,and activating blood to remove blood stasis.Astragali Radix is an effective herb for treating proteinuria.The 8 new formula combinations obtained through data mining can provide reference for clinical treatment of renal proteinuria.
