摘要 该研究旨在建立超高效液相色谱(UPLC)-一测多评(QAMS)法同时测定参鹿酒中7种人参皂苷(Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2及Rd)的含量。首先采用UPLC测定参鹿酒中7种人参皂苷含量,并进行方法学考察。然后以人参皂苷Rg1为参照物,计算其余6种人参皂苷的相对校正因子及含量,并考察QAMS法的耐用性。最后与外标法相比,验证QAMS的可行性。结果表明,7种人参皂苷在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.999),精密度、重复性及稳定性试验结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)均<3%,加样回收率为100.13%~101.73%。6种人参皂苷的相对校正因子的RSD值均<5%,重现性良好。采用相对校正因子计算得到的13批参鹿酒样品中7种人参皂苷的含量与外标法实测值的相对误差(RE)均<5%,说明所建立的UPLC-QAMS法可有效、快速的评价参鹿酒的质量。 The aim of this study was to establish a method for simultaneous determination of 7 ginsenosides(Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb1,Rc,Rb2 and Rd)in Shenlu wine by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(UPLC-QAMS)method.Firstly,the content of 7 kinds of ginsenosides in Shenlu wine was determined by UPLC,and the methodology was investigated.Using ginsenoside Rg1 as reference to calculate the relative correction factors and contents of the other 6 ginsenosides,and the durability of QAMS method was investigated.Finally,compared with external standard method,the feasibility of QAMS was verified.The results showed that the 7 ginsenosides had good linear relationships in their mass concentration range(R^(2)>0.999),the relative standard deviations(RSD)of precision,reproducibility and stability tests were all lower than 3%,and the standard recoveries were 100.13%-101.73%.RSD of the relative correction factors of 6 ginsenosides were all less than 5%with good reproducibility.The relative error(RE)of 7 kinds of ginsenosides in 13 batches of Shenlu wine samples calculated by the relative correction factor and measured values by external standard method was less than 5%,indicating that the established UPLC-QAMS method could effectively and quickly evaluate the quality of Shenlu wine.
