摘要 本文从皮肤微生态屏障、表皮屏障、神经因素和炎症反应等4个方面分析了敏感肌的形成机制,并从不同的形成机制出发,总结可用于化妆品研发的舒缓原料的评价靶点和指标。从2D细胞、3D皮肤模型、动物模型和人体检测四个维度,针对不同的靶点提出针对性的检测方法,建立了系统的评价体系,为筛选出更好的改善皮肤敏感的化妆品原料提供科学的依据和理论基础。 This article analyzes the formation mechanism of sensitive muscles in four aspects,including skin microecological barrier,epidermal barrier,nerve factor and inflammatory response.Based on different formation mechanisms,the evaluation targets and indicators that can be used for soothing raw materials of cosmetics are summarized.Targeted detection methods are proposed for different targets,which involve multiple dimensions such as 2D cells,3D skin models,animal experiments and human detection.A systematic evaluation system of soothing raw materials covering a variety of sensitive muscle causes is established,which can provide a scientific and theoretical basis for screening out better raw materials to improve skin sensitivity.
