制造业服务化对能源利用效率的影响:适度区间与突破路径 被引量:3

The Impact of Manufacturing Servitization on Energy Efficiency:Moderate Range and Breakthrough Path

摘要 提高能源利用效率是破解保护与发展突出矛盾,推动生态文明建设取得新进步的必然选择。本文基于2007-2019年中国地级市面板数据,理论分析并实证检验制造业服务化对城市能源利用效率的非线性影响,并进一步探讨突破非线性关系、实现制造业服务化节能效应的路径选择。研究结果表明,制造业服务化与能源利用效率呈倒“U”型关系,制造业服务化在适度区间内显著推动能源利用效率的提升。提高环境规制强度和城市创新能力是助推制造业服务化突破“适度区间”,实现制造业服务化转型与能源利用效率提升双赢局面的有效路径。因此,在推进城市服务化转型过程中,一要聚焦制造业服务化的质量,提高生产性服务投入,提高城市创新能力,优化服务投入结构,二要进一步加大环境规制强度,设立合理的地方环保支出并进行有效监管。 Improving energy utilization efficiency is an inevitable choice to solve the prominent contradiction between protection and development and promote the construction of ecological civilization to achieve new progress.This paper constructs the panel data of cities in China from 2007 to 2019,theoretically analyzes and empirically tests the nonlinear impact of manufacturing servitization on urban energy utilization efficiency,and further discusses the path selection to break through the nonlinear relationship and realize the energy-saving effect of manufacturing servitization.The research results show that the manufacturing servitization has an inverted“U”-shaped relationship with energy utilization efficiency,and manufacturing servitization significantly promotes the improvement of energy utilization efficiency within a moderate range.Improving the intensity of environmental regulation and urban innovation is an effective way to boost the servitization of the manufacturing industry to break through the“moderate range”and achieve a win-win situation in the transformation of manufacturing servitization and the improvement of energy utilization efficiency.Therefore,in the process of promoting the transformation of urban servitization,we must first focus on the quality of manufacturing servitization,increase investment in productive services,improve urban innovation capabilities,and optimize the structure of service investment.Second,we must further increase the intensity of environmental regulation and establish reasonable Local environmental protection expenditure and effective supervision.
