液压支架顶梁结构非线性优化研究

摘要 由于液压支架进行煤矿开采支护过程中结构重量较大,对液压支架的承载造成一定影响。针对液压支架的顶梁结构,采用MATLAB工具库对其进行非线性优化,并采用敏感性分析对优化求解的合理性进行分析,在满足使用的基础上降低液压支架的顶梁重量,可以为液压支架的设计使用提供参考。 Due to the large structural weight of the hydraulic bracket for coal mining support process,the bearing of the hydraulic bracket is affected to some extent.For the top beam structure of hydraulic bracket,MATLAB tool library is used for its non-linear optimization,and sensitivity analysis is used to analyze the rationality of the optimized solution,which can reduce the weight of the top beam of hydraulic bracket on the basis of meeting the use,and can provide reference for the design and use of hydraulic bracket.
