摘要
为解决传统煤质化验煤取样存在的效率低、作业人员劳动强度大以及煤样质量无法保证的问题,根据实验需求完成了联合制样设备的总体设计,并重点对其中的破碎机和缩分器提出了技术指标要求,完成了关键结构参数的设计,通过实验方式重点验证了破碎机的出料粒度指标和缩分器的缩分比指标是否满足要求。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity of operators and unguaranteed quality of coal samples in traditional coal quality testing,the overall design of joint sample preparation equipment was completed according to the experimental requirements,and the technical index requirements of the crusher and the shrinker were focused on,and the design of key structural parameters was completed,and the discharge size index of the crusher and the shrinker index of the shrinker were verified by experimental means.The design of key structural parameters was completed.
