摘要
美国“临床”教师教育理念对教育硕士课程建构产生了重要影响,它颠覆了传统的“从理论到实践”的教师教育课程建构模式,形成了由课程主导系统、支持系统、评价系统三大系统有机整合而成的“临床”型课程建构新模式,鲜明地凸显出以“临床实践”为核心交织安排理论课程和实验室课程、重视临床伙伴关系和教师教育者团队等课程支持系统的建构、通过外部“临床标准”和实践取向的内部评价为课程导向及提供保障等特征。美国“临床”型教育硕士课程建构模式对于我国推进实践取向的教育硕士课程改革提供了诸多启示,尝试建构以“临床实践”为核心的课程体系、促进理论课程与实践课程深度融合、构建大学与中小学之间的新型伙伴关系、加强教师教育专业社团建设、推进实践导向的课程评价改革是我国教育硕士课程改革的可能路向。
The"Clinical"concept of teacher education in America has a great influ-ence on the construction of curriculum of master program in education,and it overturned the traditional"theory-to-practice"model of teacher education curriculum,therefore formed a clinically based model of curriculum constructionin master of education program that consists of three systems:the dominant system of curriculum,the support system of cur-riculum and the evaluation system of curriculum.The"clinical"model of curriculum con-struction highlights the following characteristics:Firstly,it aims at training teachers in clini-cal practice;Secondly,it takes"clinical practice"as the core of curriculum construction and arrange theoretical and laboratory courses around this core;Thirdly,it attaches impor-tance to the construction of clinical partnership and teacher educator team and other curric-ulum supporting forces;Fourthly,it provides guarantee through external clinical practice standard and internal authenticity evaluation and so on.The"clinical"model of curriculum constructionin master of education program in the United States provides a lot of enlighten-ment for the construction of the master of education curriculum in China.These ways are the possible directions for the reform of master of education curriculum in China,such as at-tempting to construct a curriculum system with"clinical practice"as the core,promoting the deep integration of theoretical courses and practical courses,deepening partnerships be-tween universities and K-12 schools,constructing practice-oriented evaluation mechanism that combinates internal evaluation and external evaluation.
