摘要 目的:基于数据挖掘算法设计卫生器材检修模式并评价其应用价值。方法:采用全过程管理理念,从设备检修的事前预防、检修管理和事后追踪等层面采集数据和挖掘分析,设计基于数据挖掘算法的卫生器材检修模式。选取桂林联勤保障中心药品仪器监督检验站常规检修的180台医疗设备,根据检修管理模式的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用三级维修保障模式;观察组采用数据挖掘保障模式。对比两组医疗设备检修的报修频次、处理效率和自修数量占比。结果:观察组放射诊断类设备、医用电子类设备、医学检验类设备和综合治疗类设备的报修频次分别为(15.82±4.57)次/月、(40.11±5.83)次/月、(37.43±4.65)次/月和(31.76±4.56)次/月,均低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=5.262,t=7.171,t=4.379,t=5.449;P<0.05);观察组医疗设备检修响应时间、故障处理时间和一次性完成率分别为(5.31±1.43)d、(6.41±1.66)d和(91.53±5.73)%,检修响应时间和故障处理时间少于对照组,一次性完成率高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.520,t=5.977,t=2.615;P<0.05);观察组放射诊断类设备、医用电子类设备、医学检验类设备和综合治疗类设备的自修数量占比分别为(83.10±4.66)%、(94.71±3.92)%、(93.55±4.29)%和(95.88±2.29)%,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=5.262,t=7.171,t=4.379,t=5.449;P<0.05)。结论:基于数据挖掘算法的卫生器材检修模式可降低基层单位上报检修频次,提升单位自行维修的能力水平,提高医疗设备故障维修效率。 Objective:To explore the application value of data mining algorithm in military regional healthcare equipment maintenance.Methods:Adopting the concept of whole process management,a regional maintenance mode of military healthcare equipment based on data mining algorithm was designed by collecting and analyzing data from the aspects of prevention,maintenance management and follow-up of equipment maintenance.A total of 180 medical equipment routinely overhauled by the Medical Products and Instrument Administration of Guilin Joint Logistics Support Center were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different maintenance management modes.The control group adopted three-level maintenance support model,and the observation group adopted data mining support model.The frequency of medical equipment repair,the efficiency of treatment and the proportion of self-repair were compared between the two groups.Results:The repair frequency of radiological diagnostic equipment,medical electronic equipment,medical laboratory equipment and comprehensive treatment equipment in the observation group was(15.82±4.57)times/month,(40.11±5.83)times/month,(37.43±4.65)times/month,and(31.76±4.56)times/month,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=5.262,t=7.171,t=4.379,t=5.449;P<0.05).The repair response time,troubleshooting time and one-time completion rate of medical equipment in the observation group were(5.31±1.43)days,(6.41±1.66)days and(91.53±5.73)%,respectively,the repairing response time and troubleshooting time were shorter than those in the control group,the one-time completion rate was higher than that in the control group and the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=3.520,t=5.977,t=2.615;P<0.05).The self-repair proportions of radiological diagnostic equipment,medical electronic equipment,medical laboratory equipment and comprehensive treatment equipment in the observation group were(83.10±4.66)%,(94.71±3.92)%,(93.55±4.29)%,and(95.88±2.29)%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=5.262,t=7.171,t=4.379,t=5.449;P<0.05).Conclusion:The regional maintenance mode of military medical equipment based on data mining guarantee mode can reduce the frequency of maintenance reported by grassroots units,improve the efficiency of medical equipment fault maintenance,and improve the ability of self-maintenance of units.
