摘要
狗肝菜多糖是狗肝菜的主要活性成分之一,目前可使用水提法等方法提取,采取苯酚—硫酸法等测定其纯度。狗肝菜多糖可通过调节TNF-α、IL-6等相关信号途径减轻肝纤维化及肝损伤程度,并可介导VEGF、DPPH自由基等的表达对放射损伤及免疫低下具有一定的治疗和改善作用。本文综述了狗肝菜多糖的提取测定方法以及在上述疾病中的药理作用,并提出了目前研究存在的问题及相关解决方法。
The active components polysaccharides in Dicliptera chinensis are mainly extracted by water extraction and the purity is determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method.The polysaccharides can alleviate liver fibrosis and liver damage by regulating TNF-α,IL-6,and other signaling pathways and relieve radiation injury and low immunity by mediating the expression of VEGF,DPPH and others.This paper reviewed the extraction,determination,and pharmacological effects of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensis and discussed the existing problems and solutions.
