摘要
教学质量保障是高职院校能够高质量和可持续发展的关键,因此专业教学质量诊改体系构建已然成为高职教育研究的热点。文中在分析专业教学质量诊改框架构建必要性的基础上,阐述PDCA循环管理理论和基于成果导向的专业建设内涵。在此基础上设计基于成果导向的PDCA专业教学质量诊改框架,分别从计划、执行、检查和改进四个层面进行分析,最终形成专业教学质量诊断和改进的闭环,助力专业教学质量提升。
Teaching quality assurance is the key to the high quality and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges,so the construction of professional teaching quality diagnosis and reform system has become the focus of higher vocational education research.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of constructing the framework of diagnosis and reform of professional teaching quality,this paper expounds the theory of PDCA cycle management and the connotation of professional construction based on results.On this basis,a result-oriented teaching quality diagnosis and reform framework for PDCA majors is designed,which is analyzed from four aspects:planning,implementation,inspection and improvement,and finally forms a closed loop for professional teaching quality diagnosis and improvement,which helps to improve the professional teaching quality.
