摘要
目的分析尘肺病护理人员接受针对性心理管理对其工作质量的影响。方法随机选取2020年1月—2022年11月泰安市中心医院分院的20名护理人员为研究对象,根据不同管理方法进行分组,常规组(10名,常规护理管理)与心理组(10名,常规护理管理+针对性心理管理)。观察两组工作质量、心理健康、满意度情况。结果管理后,心理组护理人员工作质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,心理组护理人员焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,心理组护理人员管理满意度100.00%高于常规组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尘肺病护理人员在常规护理管理基础上进行针对性心理管理可以有效改善其不良心理,提高其工作质量与管理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted psychological management on the work quality of nursing staff with pneumoconiosis.Methods Twenty nursing staff from Tai′an Central Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were randomly selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to different management methods:routine group(10 nurses,routine nursing management)and psychological group(10 nurses,routine nursing management+targeted psychological management).The work quality,mental health and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results After management,the psychological group was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the anxiety score and depression score of the psychological group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,management satisfaction of nursing staff in psychological group(100.00%)was higher than that in conventional group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological management on the basis of routine nursing management can effectively improve the bad psychology of nurses with pneumoconiosis,improve their work quality and management satisfaction.
