摘要
医疗卫生服务系统是国家民生体系的重要组成部分,面对日益丰富的物质生活环境,就医压力也在显著提升,尤其近几年来,国家医疗保障体系的发展和人均收入的提高,越来越多的居民更加关注优质的医疗服务质量,一方面居民享受高质量的医疗服务,另一方面患者增加和病情复杂化给医疗卫生系统带来了较大压力,导致医患矛盾短时间难以消除,因此,探讨医院保卫工作对于优化医疗卫生服务体系,提高医疗服务质量具有积极意义,本文以此为基础对医院保卫工作中预防性安保对策进行分析和研究。
The medical and health service system is an important part of the national people′s livelihood system.Facing the increasingly rich material living environment,the pressure of seeking medical treatment is also increasing significantly.Especially in recent years,with the development of the national medical security system and the increase of per capita income,more and more residents pay more attention to the quality of high-quality medical services.On the one hand,residents enjoy high-quality medical services.On the other hand,the increase in patients and the complexity of their illnesses have brought great pressure to the medical and health system,making it difficult to eliminate the contradiction between doctors and patients in a short time.Therefore,discussing hospital security work is of positive significance for optimizing the medical and health service system and improving the quality of medical service.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the preventive security countermeasures in hospital security work.
