摘要
弓形虫病(Toxoplasmosis)是由刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)引起的一种人兽共患寄生虫病,危害严重且分布广泛,目前尚未有理想的防治药物。因此,及时准确的诊断对于防治弓形虫病尤为重要。本文主要从常用的检测方法,即病原学检测、血清学检测及分子生物学检测等进行论述,介绍了各类方法的研究现状及应用情况,分析了各种技术的优点与局限性,并结合近年来最新研发的诊断方法,希望为动物弓形虫检测方法的发展和研究提供参考。
Toxoplasmosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii),which is serious and widely distributed.There is no ideal drug to prevent and control toxoplasmosis.Therefore,timely and accurate diagnosis is particularly important for the prevention and treatment of toxoplasmosis.This article included review of the commonly used detection methods for the pathogen,serology and molecular biology,research status and application of various methods as well as the advantages and limitations of various technologies.With the development of the latest diagnostic methods in recent years,it is hoped that this article could provide a reference for the future research on animal T.gondii detection.
