摘要
本研究以“三华系列”油茶为试材,通过“显微观察—石蜡切片法”观察叶片解剖结构,测定油茶叶片光合特性,并进行比较分析。结果表明,‘华硕’的栅栏组织/海绵组织比值(TRPS)、栅栏组织/叶片厚度比值(DCTR)显著大于‘华鑫’‘华金’,‘华金’的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度显著大于‘华硕’‘华鑫’;‘华硕’的气孔密度显著高于其他2个品种;‘华硕’的净光合速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度均显著高于‘华鑫’‘华金’;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量均存在显著性差异,表现为‘华硕’>‘华鑫’>‘华金’;净光合速率与TRPS、DCTR呈显著正相关关系;气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度与TRPS、DCTR呈极显著正相关。在“三华系列”油茶中,‘华硕’的光合特性表现最好,推荐其作为信阳地区的主栽油茶品种。
Take"Sanhua Series"Camellia oleifera as the test material,observation leaf anatomical structure by"microscopic observation"paraffin section method,determining photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia oleifera,and make a comparative analysis.The test results show that the palisade tissue/sponge tissue ratio(TRPS)and palisade tissue/leaf thickness ratio(DCTR)of'Huashuo'were significantly higher than those of'Huaxin'and'Huajin';the leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,upper epidermis thickness and lower epidermis thickness of'Huajin'were significantly greater than those of'Huashuo';the leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,upper epidermis thickness and lower epidermis thickness of'Huajin'were significantly higher than that of'Huashuo'and'Huaxin';the stomatal density of'Huashuo'is significantly higher than the other two varieties;the net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO_(2)concentration of'Huashuo'were higher than those of'Huaxin'and'Huajin',and the difference was significant;there were significant differences in chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll,as shown in the order of'Huashuo'>'Huaxin'>'Huajin';the net photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated with TRPS and DCTR;Stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_(2)concentration were positively correlated with TRPS and DCTR.In summary,in the"Sanhua Series"Camellia,'Huaxin'had the best photosynthetic characteristics.It can be recommended as the main variety of Camellia oleifera in Xinyang area.
