摘要
针对高温高压服役环境下熔体过滤器局部流动不畅的问题,采用三维数值模拟方法耦合多孔介质模型对熔体过滤器内聚酯熔体的流动和过滤特性进行系统研究,探索了熔体流量、滤芯性能退化及滤芯分布等因素对过滤器性能和流动特性的影响机制,在此基础上开展了熔体过滤器结构优化和强度校核工作。
Aiming at local flow obstruction of the melt filter in high temperature and pressure service environment,making use of three-dimensional numerical simulation method coupled with porous medium model to systematically investigate both flow and filtration characteristics of polyester melt in the melt filter was implemented,including the influence mechanism of melt flow rate,filter element performance degradation and filter element distribution on filter performance and flow characteristics.On this basis,the structural optimization and strength checking of the melt filter were carried out.
