顾及风偏环境的激光点云输电线模型重建

摘要 输电线模型重建是机载激光雷达技术电力巡检研究的主要内容,但现有的激光点云输电线模型大多基于无风偏理想环境的输电线空间形态描述,忽略了实时自然环境中风荷载的作用效果,输电线模型重建的适应性和普适性有待提高。在分析了风荷载作用于输电线受力变化的基础上,提出了风偏环境下输电线三维空间形态描述的理论模型(抛物线-抛物线方程),建立了一种顾及风偏因素的激光点云输电线模型重建方法。选择3组典型代表性的实验数据,涉及不同风速、地形条件及输电线类型,结果表明:所提出的抛物线-抛物线方程能很好地顾及水平风荷载作用的输电线空间形态特性,相比已有模型直线-抛物线方程,具有较高的模型重建精度和普遍适用性。该研究对提高激光点云输电线模型重建具有重要的理论参考价值。 Transmission line model reconstruction is the main research content of power line inspection based on airborne light detection and ranging(LiDAR),but most of the existing transmission line models are based on the spatial shape description of transmission line in the ideal environment,which adaptability need to be improved because of ignoring the effect of wind in natural environment.Based on the analysis of the wind load acting on transmission lines,a theoretical model(parabolic-parabolic equation)is proposed to describe the shape of transmission line 3D in wind-biased environment,and a method for transmission line model reconstruction is presented based on LiDAR point cloud considering wind deflection.The experiments are carried out by selecting three groups of typical experimental data,involving different wind speeds,terrain conditions and transmission line types.The results show that the parabola-parabola equation proposed in this paper can take the spatial shape characteristics of transmission lines under horizontal wind loads into account,which has high reconstruction precision and universal applicability.The research has important theoretical reference value for improving the reconstruction of LiDAR point cloud transmission line model.
