摘要
通过在高强钢镀铝硅板上进行三价铬酸钝化和无铬环保钝化两种钝化膜实验,验证两种后处理方式是否符合高强钢镀铝硅板的使用特性,并研究钝化液在各种环境下的适应性。主要实验对比内容包括耐腐蚀性、耐湿热、耐黄变性、涂装性以及动摩擦系数。实验结果表明:三价铬钝化液和纯无铬钝化液都能够满足铝基镀层产品所需的性能要求,都具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐溶剂和涂装性能;三价铬钝化液和纯无铬钝化也各有优劣,可以根据对铝基镀层产品的不同需求而更好地选择后处理产品。
By conducting two passivation film experiments,trivalent chromic acid passivation and chromium free environmental passivation,on high-strength steel aluminum-silicon plate,to verify whether the two post-treatment methods meet the usage characteristics of high-strength steel aluminum-silicon plate,and to study the adaptability of the passivation solution in various environments.The main experimental comparison content includes corrosion resistance,moisture heat resistance,yellowing resistance,coating resistance,and dynamic friction coefficient.The experimental results show that both trivalent chromium passivation solution and pure chromium free passivation solution can meet the performance requirements of aluminum based coating products,and both have excellent corrosion resistance,solvent resistance,and coating performance.Trivalent chromium passivation solution and pure chromium free passivation also have their own advantages and disadvantages,and post-treatment products can be better selected based on the different needs of aluminum based coating products.
