摘要
为探明木本绣球叶片叶绿素含量日变化情况,利用叶绿素含量测定仪和环境测定仪对叶片叶绿素含量、叶片含氮量、叶面湿度、叶面温度、叶面光照度进行测量。结果表明:一天中木本绣球的叶绿素含量变化特征为:8-14时,呈单峰型,10时最高,8时和14时最低;14-18时为单项递增,14时最低,18时最高;叶面湿度、叶面含氮量和叶面光照度对叶绿素含量具有显著的正相关关系。阴面和阳面的叶片叶绿素含量变化趋势具有一致性。
To investigate the daily variation of chlorophyll content in the leaves of woody hydrangea,chlorophyll content,nitrogen content,humidity,temperature,and light intensity were measured using chlorophyll content measuring instruments and environmental measuring instruments.The results show that the variation characteristics of chlorophyll content in woody hydrangea during a day were as follows:there is a single peak pattern from 8∶00 to 14∶00,with the highest at 10∶00 and the lowest at 8∶00 and 14∶00;there is a single increase from 14∶00 to 18∶00,with the lowest at 14∶00 and the highest at 18∶00;there is a significant positive correlation between leaf humidity,leaf nitrogen content,and leaf light intensity on chlorophyll content.The trend of chlorophyll content changes in the leaves on the shaded and sunny sides is consistent.
