摘要
爆破开挖技术因其具有工效高、造价低等优势,在水工隧洞工程开挖中应用极其广泛。然而隧洞的爆破可能会对周边建(构)筑物和环境产生不利的影响及破坏,甚至会危害周围人员的生命安全。以瓯江引水工程一标段的爆破开挖为例,介绍了爆破安全性校核,有效控制爆破振动、爆破飞石、爆破冲击波、有毒气体以及与之对应的控制技术方案。实践检验证明:采取爆破影响控制方案后,能大大降低爆破带来的不利影响,消除安全隐患。
The blasting excavation technology is widely used in the excavation of hydraulic tunnels due to its advantages such as high efficiency and low cost.While,the blasting excavation of tunnels may pose adverse effects and damages on surrounding structures and environment,and may even endanger the life safety of surrounding personnel.Taking the blasting excavation work of the first section in the Oujiang River Diversion Project as an example,the blasting safety insurance technology and the corresponding technical scheme to effectively control the blasting vibration,flying rocks,shock wave and toxic gases are introduced.Engineering practice shows that the blasting control scheme can greatly reduce the adverse effects of blasting and eliminate the safety hazards.
