摘要
目的了解不同年级和专业男大学生对同性恋的认知、态度及行为,为今后开展健康教育和宣传活动提供思路和依据。方法2021年2—5月采用随机整群抽样方法选取河北省保定市某高校全日制本科男大学生,进行无记名电子自填问卷,调查该校男大学生对同性恋的认知与态度以及个体性行为状况,最后通过问卷星平台导出数据,整理与分析。结果(1)男大学生对同性恋的认知与态度存在年级和专业的差异,不同年级间男大学生对学校应如何对待同性恋立场明显不同(χ^(2)=17.763,P<0.05):选择明文禁止、严厉打击的一至四年级学生比例分别为12.84%、7.97%、12.84%、4.41%;对于同性恋是否给社会带来影响,不同年级间意见明显不一致(χ^(2)=26.500,P<0.01),认为同性恋会带来不良影响的一至四年级学生比例分别为35.41%、19.57%、33.94%、20.59%;高达89.11%的一年级学生认为有必要增加同性恋方面的健康教育,明显高于其他年级(χ^(2)=26.665,P<0.01)。不同专业对同性恋的看法亦不一致:认为同性恋存在生理缺陷(1.06%vs.6.15%)、会给社会带来不良影响(26.26%vs.35.90%)和认为有必要增加健康教育(76.92%vs.88.21%)的医学专业学生所占比例均明显低于非医学专业(χ^(2)=12.880,χ^(2)=11.886,χ^(2)=13.116;P均<0.01)。(2)男大学生的行为状况在不同年级间存在差异,在不同专业间无明显差异:性取向选择同性恋的一至四年级学生比例分别为1.95%、3.62%、2.75%、8.82%;有过同性性行为的一至四年级学生比例分别为2.72%、2.17%、2.75%、8.82%,但总体上不同年级间的性取向及发生过同性性行为的学生比例差异无统计学意义;关于将来发生性行为,是否坚持使用安全套,不同年级间差异明显(χ^(2)=30.753,P<0.01),四年级学生坚持使用安全套的比例(79.41%)明显高于其他年级,不一定使用安全套的比例(17.65%)又显著低于其他年级。医学和非医学专业学生上述行为状况基本一致,未发现明显差异。结论不同年级和专业男大学生对同性恋认知和态度明显不同,四年级男大学生同性性取向及同性性行为发生比例有明显增加趋势,提示学校应针对低年级学生及早开展相关健康教育,对高年级学生不分专业均应加入安全性行为教育内容,多管齐下对学生进行切实有效的引导。
Objective To understand the cognition,attitude,and behavior of male college students of different grades and majors on homosexuality,so as to provide ideas and a basis for future health education and publicity activities.Methods From February 2021 to May 2021,the random cluster sampling method was used to select full-time undergraduate male college students from a university in Baoding City,Hebei Province,and a bearer electronic self-filled questionnaire was conducted.The cognition and attitude of male college students to homosexuality and individual sexual behavior were investigated,and finally,the data were exported through the questionnaire from the star platform for collation and analysis.Results(1)There were grade and major differences in the cognition and attitude of male college students towards homosexuality:male college students’stance on how to treat homosexuality in school was significantly different between different grades(χ^(2)=17.763,P<0.05),the proportions of students in grades 1 to 4 who chose explicit prohibition and se-vere punishment were 12.84%,7.97%,12.84%,and 4.41%respectively.There was significant disagreement between grades on whether homosexuality had an impact on society(χ^(2)=26.500,P<0.01),and the proportions of students in grades 1 to 4 who believed that homosexuality had a negative impact were 35.41%,19.57%,33.94%,and 20.59%respectively.Up to 89.11%of first-grade students believed that it was necessary to increase health education on homosexuality,which was significantly higher than that of other grades(χ^(2)=26.665,P<0.01).The proportion of medical students who believed that homosexuality had physical defects(1.06%vs.6.15%),would have adverse effects on society(26.26%vs.35.90%),and believed that it was necessary to increase health education(76.92%vs.88.21%)was significantly lower than that of non-medical majors(χ^(2)=12.880,χ^(2)=11.886,χ^(2)=13.116;all P<0.01).(2)There were differences in the behavior of male college students among different grades,but there were no obvious differences between different majors.The proportion of first-to fourth-year students whose sexual orientation chose homosexuality was 1.95%,3.62%,2.75%,and 8.82%,respectively.The proportions of students in grades 1 to 4 who had same-sex were 2.72%,2.17%,2.75%,and 8.82%,respectively,but there were no significant differences in sexual orientation and the proportion of students who had same-sexual behavior among different grades.Regarding future sexual intercourse,there was a significant difference among grades(χ^(2)=30.753,P<0.01).The proportion of fourth-grade students who insisted on using condoms(79.41%)was significantly higher than that of other grades,but the proportion of non-specific condom users(17.65%)was significantly lower than that of other grades.The above behavior of medical and non-medical students was basically the same,and no significant differences were found.Conclusion The cognition and attitude of male college students of different grades and majors are obviously different,and the proportion of same-sexual orientation and same-sexual behavior among male college students in the fourth grade has an obvious increase trend,suggesting that schools should carry out relevant health education for younger students as early as possible,and add safe sex education to senior students regardless of their major,and provide effective guidance to students in a multi-pronged manner.
