摘要
核电厂数字化报警系统规模庞大,在某些工况下存在“报警洪水”等典型问题。对国内多个核电厂的操纵员开展了用户调研,以识别现有数字化报警系统的不足。提炼了报警系统智能化研发需要解决的关键问题,并从报警诊断、显示和性能评价方面提出了智能报警系统研发的重点方向和策略。在报警诊断方面,总结分析了基于工艺模型和基于专家知识2种智能报警诊断方案。在报警显示方面,提出了报警概貌创新显示、动态关键报警推送、智能报警图符、报警响应流程智能化的显示方案。在报警系统性能评价方面,分析了报警系统的触发报警统计数据,及其对操纵员的负荷影响这2种报警系统性能评价策略。提出了报警系统的辅助诊断、智能显示、报警响应及性能评价等一系列智能报警系统的研发方向与策略,为开发完整的智能报警系统提供了参考。
Digital alarm systems in nuclear power plants are large in scale and have typical problems such as“alarm flooding”under certain operating conditions.A user study is conducted on operators of several nuclear power plants in China to identify the shortcomings of existing digital alarm systems.The key problems to be solved in the development of intelligent alarm systems are refined,and suggest key directions and strategies for the development of intelligent alarm systems in terms of alarm diagnosis,display and performance evaluation.In terms of alarm diagnosis,two kinds of intelligent alarm diagnosis schemes based on process model and expert knowledge are summarized and analyzed.In terms of alarm display,innovative display of alarm overview,dynamic key alarm push,intelligent alarm graphical symbols,and intelligent display of alarm response process are proposed.In terms of alarm system performance evaluation,two kinds of alarm system performance evaluation strategies are analyzed for the alarm system’s triggered alarm statistics,and its impact on the operator’s load.A series of R&D directions and strategies for the intelligent alarm system such as auxiliary diagnosis,intelligent display,alarm response,and performance evaluation of the alarm system are proposed to provide a reference for the development of a complete set of intelligent alarm system.
