摘要 以某型号进口燃气轮机发电机组为研究对象,基于国产工业SCADA平台组态软件,设计并开发了燃气轮机监控系统的人机交互界面(HMI)。根据燃气轮机的使用需求,进行方案设计和可行性分析,建立了一套可视化良好、可操作性强、功能全面的燃气轮机监控系统。通过与国外经典上位机组态软件进行对标比较,结果表明该系统能够实现在线准确监控燃气轮机的运行过程,实时与下位机进行数据交换,响应速度快,可保证燃气轮机机组的安全、稳定、可靠运行。 Based on a certain type of imported gas turbine generator as the research object,the human-machine interface of gas turbine monitoring system is designed and developed by using the domestic industrial SCADA platform configuration software.According to the use requirements of gas turbine,the scheme design and feasibility analysis are carried out,and a set of gas turbine monitoring system with good visualization,strong operability and comprehensive function is established.By comparing with the foreign classic monitoring configuration software,the results show that the domestic monitoring system can accurately monitor the operation process of the gas turbine online,exchange data with the PLC in real time,and has a fast response speed.It ensures the safe,stable and reliable operation of the gas turbine unit.
