摘要
目的探讨鸦胆子油口服乳液与放疗联合治疗法对食管癌患者疗效、不良反应、淋巴细胞及生活质量的影响。方法纳入本院2019年1月-2022年1月收治的50例食管癌患者,分为对照组(25例)和联合组(25例)。全部患者均行放疗,联合组在此基础上联合鸦胆子油口服乳液治疗,治疗周期为7周。采用生活质量量表评估两组治疗后生活质量并比较,测定两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平并比较,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油口服乳液联合放疗治疗食管癌效果显著,可有效改善患者生活质量,能够减轻对患者免疫功能的损害,且安全可行。
Objective To investigate effect of brucea javanica oil oral lotion combined with radiotherapy on curative effect,adverse reactions,lymphocytes and life quality of esophageal cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 50 esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022,and divided them into control group(25 cases)and a combination group(25 cases).All patients were treated with radiotherapy.Combined group was treated with Brucea javanica oil oral lotion on the basis,with treatment period of 7 weeks.Life quality between two groups after treatment was evaluated and compared with Life quality Scale,levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between two groups were measured and compared.Treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was compared.Results Effective rate of combined group was higher than control group,and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in combined group were higher than control group,while the CD8^(+)levels were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,dimensions scores of life quality in combined group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Brucea javanica oil oral lotion combined with radiotherapy can achieve significant effect in treatment of esophageal cancer,can improve life quality of patients effectively,alleviate damage to immune function,which is safe and feasible.
