摘要
针对蓬莱矿业河西选厂尾矿库库容量无法满足后期生产要求的问题,提出了包括“旋流器+振动筛+浓密机+压滤机”脱水工艺、“旋流器+振动筛+卧螺离心机”脱水工艺、橡胶带式真空过滤机无浓缩脱水工艺在内的三个尾矿高效脱水工艺方案,通过对场地及土建、脱水设备、滤饼含水率、滤液含固率、溢流处理、投资概算、运行费用等方面进行对比和选优,最终选定橡胶带式真空过滤机无浓缩尾矿脱水工艺为最优。应用效果表明,该工艺降低了尾矿脱水工艺技术难度、减少了建设规模、节省了投资费用与运行费用,使尾矿脱水变得简单易行、经济可靠,很好地解决了尾矿库加高扩容问题。
The tailings pond in Hexi Concentrator of Penglai Mining Industry can no longer meet the requirements of later production.In order to solve the storage capacity problem,three efficient dewatering schemes of tailings are put forward as follows:"cyclone+vibrating screen+thickener+filter press","cyclone+vibrating screen+horizontal screw centrifuge"and rubber belt vacuum filter without concentration.Through comparison and selection of site,civil engineering,dewatering equipment,water content of filter cake,solid content of filtrate,overflow treatment,investment budget and operation cost,etc.,the non-concentrated tailings dewatering process of rubber belt vacuum filter is selected.The application results show that this process reduces the technical difficulty,construction scale,investment cost and operation cost of tailings dewatering process,it makes tailings dewatering easy,economical and reliable,and solves the problem of heightening and expanding tailings reservoir.
