摘要
“新三农”催动了现代畜牧业的转型发展,然而由于受传统意识的影响,畜牧类企业存在着高素质技术和管理人才不足、人才流失严重、人员年龄结构老化等问题,严重制约着产业的稳定发展。系统分析了引发这种现状的主要原因,并提出了从政府、高校、企业和学生多个层面解决问题的路径。
The rapid development of modern animal husbandry driven by“new agriculture,countryside and peasants”.However,due to the influence of traditional consciousness,there are problems such as lack of high-quality technical and managerial personnel,serious brain drain and aging of personnel structure in livestock enterprises,which seriously restrict the stable development of the industry.The authors systematically analyzes the main causes of this situation,and puts forward ways to solve the problem from the government,universities,enterprises and students.
