摘要
在机械制造中,机械模具制造是重要的一环,其加工精度要求比较高,在这样的条件下,如果继续采用传统的工艺方法,将无法充分地满足生产的需要。所以,将数控加工技术应用于模具的制造,能够对传统的生产技术进行改进,并避开复杂的生产工序,进而提高产品的质量和生产效率。以此为基础,本文首先对数控加工技术进行简单分析,最后分析数控加工技术在机械模具制造中的应用,以此来为相关人员提供交流和参考。
In mechanical manufacturing,mechanical mold manufacturing is an important part,and its processing accuracy requirements are relatively high.Under such conditions,if the traditional process method continues,it will not be able to fully meet the needs of production.Therefore,the application of CNC machining technology to the manufacture of molds can improve the traditional production technology and avoid complex production processes,thereby improving the quality and production efficiency of products.Based on this,this paper first makes a simple analysis of CNC machining technology,and finally analyzes the application of CNC machining technology in mechanical mold manufacturing,so as to provide communication and reference for relevant personnel.
