航空发动机复合材料风扇叶片成型工艺对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 为减轻重量、提升燃油效率,航空发动机风扇叶片选用复合材料成为主要趋势。现阶段航空复合材料零件最常用的成型工艺为热压罐成型和模压成型。通过选用热压罐成型工艺和模压成型工艺分别制备碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料平板试验件和风扇叶片工艺件,对相应试验件进行内部质量、材料性能水平和零件制造水平等表征测试,开展两种工艺的对比试验研究。研究结果表明:在选用同批原材料的条件下,热压罐工艺试验件在0°拉伸强度、0°压缩强度和面外剪切强度方面比模压工艺试验件分别高12%、17%和31%。对于风扇叶片工艺件,模压工艺不仅易产生密集孔隙缺陷,在铺层制造过程中还会产生褶皱。因此,建议对于大变厚度、大扭转、宽弦复合材料风扇叶片的制造优选热压罐成型工艺。 In order to reduce weight and improve fuel efficiency,composite materials for aero-engine fan blades have been becoming the main trend.At present,the most commonly used molding process for aviation composites parts were autoclave process and compression molding process.Carbon fiber epoxy resin composite laminates and fan blades were prepared by autoclave process and compression molding process respectively.Through the characteristics of internal quality level,material properties level and parts manufacturing level,the experimental comparison study of the two laminated composite processes was carried out.The test results showed that under the condition of selecting the same batch of raw materials,the 0°tensile strength,0°compression strength and out of plane shear strength of the autoclave test pieces were respectively 12%,17%and 31%higher than that of the compression molding processing test pieces.For fan blades pieces,the compression molding process not only tended to produce dense pore defects,but also folded during layup manufacturing.Therefore,it was suggested that the autoclaved process should be preferred for the manufacture of composite fan blades with large variable thickness,large torsion and wide chord.
