摘要
沿空留巷技术已成熟,在老母坡煤业2、3号煤层工作面连续使用。2020年,老母坡煤业开采太原组5号煤层,相比于2号煤层和3号煤层,5号煤层顶底板岩层强度低,且较为破碎,对沿空留巷应用带来了挑战。为继续此先进工艺,采取了喷浆注浆、切顶卸压、增长复合铁鞋行程,增大铁鞋等措施,使得沿空留巷在软岩顶底板条件下得到了成功实施,为类似地质条件下沿空留巷应用提供重要借鉴。
The technology of gob-side entry retaining has matured and is continuously used in the working faces of No.2 and No.3 coal seams in Laomupo Coal Industry.In 2020,Laomupo Coal Industry will mine No.5 coal seam of Taiyuan Formation.Compared with No.2 coal seam and No.3 coal seam,the roof and floor strata of No.5 coal seam have low strength and are relatively broken,which brings challenges to the application of gob-side entry retaining.In order to continue this advanced technology,grouting,roof cutting and pressure relief,increasing the stroke of composite iron shoes,increasing iron shoes,etc.were adopted.The application made the gob-side entry retaining successfully implemented under the condition of soft rock roof and floor,which provided important reference for the application of gob-side entry retaining under similar geological conditions.
