超长软顶综采工作面液压支架选型研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决梧桐庄矿超长软顶工作面顶板控制难、支护阻力不足等开采问题,以该矿182605工作面为研究背景,利用地质资料调查、理论计算和数值模拟等方法确定了液压支架主要技术参数,并对该开采条件下的工作面液压支架进行合理选型。结果表明,支架支护强度应不小于0.823 MPa,初撑力确定为5232 kN,工作阻力达到6400 kN能够满足安全回采,最终选用ZZ6400/19/42D型四柱掩护式液压支架。通过现场实践效果,该支架对软顶和大倾角问题具有较好的控制作用,防倒防滑性能及采高范围增大,经济效益良好。 In order to solve the mining problems such as difficult roof control and insufficient support resistance in the super-long soft roof working face of Wutongzhuang Mine,taking the 182605 working face of the mine as the research background,the main technical parameters of the hydraulic support were determined by means of geological data investigation,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,and the hydraulic support of the working face under the mining conditions was reasonably selected.The results show that the support strength of the support should not be less than 0.823 MPa,the initial support force is determined to be 5232 kN,and the working resistance reaches 6400 kN to meet the safe mining.Finally,the ZZ6400/19/42D four-column shield hydraulic support is selected.Through the field practice effect,the support has a good control effect on the soft roof and large dip angle,the anti-fall and anti-skid performance and the mining height range increase,and the economic benefit is good.
