骨形成蛋白及其信号通路在近视发病机制中作用的研究进展

摘要 近视严重危害儿童青少年视力健康,其发病率逐年上升,已经成为世界性的公共卫生问题。骨形成蛋白(BMP)是一种多功能生长因子,属于转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)中的一员,在动物和人眼组织中广泛表达,与近视发生发展密切相关。因此,本文主要阐述BMP信号通路分子机制及其在近视发病机制中作用的研究进展。 Myopia poses a great threat to the visual function of children and teenagers.As its prevalence increases year by year,it has become a global public health concern.Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMP)are multi-functional growth factors belonging to the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily and are widely expressed in the ocular tissues of humans and animals.Thus,BMP are closely related to the occurrence and development of myopia.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of the BMP signaling pathway and the recent advance in its role in the pathogenesis of myopia.
