摘要
当下煤矿巷道的成型难点在于锚护速度滞后于掘进速度,并且存在劳动强度大、危险程度高、工程质量难以保证的问题。为解决掘、锚衔接矛盾,相关从业人员发展出了掘、锚一体机。本文简述了掘、锚一体机的发展现状,不同类型结构的优缺点和适应性,以及在实际应用中所发挥的技术优势,是一种很有发展前景,值得广泛推广的先进设备。
The current difficulty in the formation of coal mine roadway lies in that the bolting speed lags be⁃hind the mining speed,as well as high labor intensity,high danger level and the difficulty to guarantee the project quality.In order to solve the contradiction between mining and bolting,the bolter miner is developed.This paper describes the development status of bolter miner,the advantages,disadvantages and adaptability of different types and structures,and its technological advantages in practical application.It is a kind of ad⁃vanced equipment with great development prospects and worthy of being widely promoted.
