摘要
分析在膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)治疗中应用玻璃酸钠注射联合关节镜微创手术的临床作用。选择山东省淄博市临淄区朱台中心卫生院于2021年1月1日—2022年12月31日期间收治的86例KOA患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其均分为两组。对照组(n=43)实施关节镜微创手术治疗,观察组(n=43)实施玻璃酸钠注射联合关节镜微创手术治疗;比较不同治疗方案下两组患者的近期疗效、炎症因子、疼痛程度、关节功能、关节炎指数。研究发现,在KOA治疗中应用玻璃酸钠注射联合关节镜微创手术,临床效果显著,可改善患者关节功能,减轻其机体炎症反应及疼痛程度,可推广实施。
Analyze the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).86 KOA patients admitted to Linzi District Zhutai Central Health Center in Zibo City,Shandong Province from January 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were collected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with a 1:1 ratio.The control group(n=43)received minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery,while the observation group(n=43)received sodium hyaluronate injection and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery;Compare the recent efficacy,infl ammatory factors,pain level,joint function,and arthritis index of two groups of patients under different treatment plans.Research has found that the application of sodium hyaluronate injection and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of KOA has significant clinical effects,can improve joint function,reduce inflammation and pain in patients,and can be promoted and implemented.
