妊娠期贫血知识科普

摘要 目前,妊娠期贫血已经成为一类影响全球健康和公共卫生的疾病,在世界范围内调查妊娠期贫血结果分析中,其总发病率为38%,而在我国的妊娠期贫血发病率则约为19.9%,其中轻、中、重度贫血率分别为15.9%、5.7%、1.3%。此数据尚为不完全调查数据,实际数据可能更高。随着孕周的增加,妊娠期贫血发病率会逐渐升高[1],对孕妇、胎儿和新生儿均会造成严重影响,及时发现贫血的早期表现并进行治疗,可以保障母婴安全。对于并未出现相关症状的妊娠女性,则需要给予预防性饮食指导,以降低妊娠期贫血的发生率,对于改善母婴健康,促进优生优育,有着较高的价值。现本文就妊娠期贫血的原因、诱发因素、类型及其检查、治疗方法等进行科普。 At present,anemia during pregnancy has become a problem that aff ects global health and public health.According to the analysis of the worldwide survey results of anemia during pregnancy,the total incidence rate is 38%,while in China,the incidence rate of anemia during pregnancy is about 19.9%,of which the mild,moderate and severe anemia rates are 15.9%,5.7%and 1.3%respectively.This data is still incomplete survey data,and the actual data may be higher.With the increase of gestational weeks,the incidence rate of anemia in pregnancy will gradually increase[1],which will have a serious impact on pregnant women,fetuses and newborns.It is necessary to find the early manifestations of anemia in time and carry out early treatment,which can improve the safety of mothers and infants.For pregnant women who do not experience any related symptoms,preventive dietary guidance is necessary to reduce the incidence of gestational anemia,which has high value in improving maternal and infant health and promoting eugenics.This popular science will explain the causes,inducing factors,types,examinations,and treatment methods of gestational anemia one by one.
