摘要
目的探索慢性心力衰竭血瘀证的研究历史和前沿热点,为今后的研究和临床治疗提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)2000年1月1日-2022年5月31日收录的慢性心力衰竭血瘀证相关文献。经NoteExpress3.6.0.9155软件去重和筛选后,采用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件对作者合作网络、研究机构协作情况进行分析,绘制关键词共现、聚类、时间线可视化知识图谱,并对关键词进行突现分析。结果最终纳入1439篇文献,近年发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势;发文最多、中心性最高的研究机构为北京中医药大学;发文最多的作者是张艳,中心性最高的作者是周杰;高频关键词包括“心功能”“冠心病”“中医证型”“临床疗效”等;聚类分析生成12个标签;突现分析得到前20位突现关键词,“真武汤”“心阴片”“运动耐量”等关键词突现延续至今。结论本领域热点前沿集中在射血分数和心功能、气虚血瘀证、心痹汤、预后评估等方向。
Objective To explore the research history and frontier hot spots of chronic heart failure with blood stasis syndrome;To provide reference for future research and clinical treatment.Methods The literature related to chronic heart failure with blood stasis syndrome was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 1,2000 to May 31,2022.After the NoteExpress 3.6.0.9155 software was used to remove and screen,CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to analyze the author cooperation network and the collaboration of research institutions.Knowledge graph of keywords co-occurrence,clustering and time line visualization was drawn,and the emergence of keywords was analyzed.Results A total of 1439 articles were included,and the number of articles published increased year by year.Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has the largest number of publications and the highest centrality.The author with the most publications was Zhang Yan,and Zhou Jie was with highest centrality;highfrequency keywords included“heart function”,“coronary heart disease”,“TCM syndrome type”and“clinical efficacy”;clustering analysis generated 12 tags;there were 20 emergence words in emergence analysis,and the keywords such as“Zhenwu Decoction”,“Xinyin Tablets”and“exercise tolerance”continue to this day.Conclusion Hot frontiers in this field focus on ejection fraction and heart function,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Xinbi Decoction,prognosis evaluation and so on.
