摘要
通过常规试验、基于MSCR试验的离析率指标分析了胶粉处理方法、胶粉掺量以及密炼加工对8种不同的胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青热储存过程中稳定性的影响,并利用光学显微镜观察微观结构进行验证。结果表明:经过密炼加工处理后,再生胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青储存稳定性显著提高,再生胶粉优于常规胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青。3种复合改性沥青的储存稳定性随胶粉掺量的增加而逐渐衰减。光学显微镜表明密炼加工会使得SBS与脱硫降解后的再生胶粉相结合从而改善改性沥青的热储存稳定性,并验证了基于MSCR试验提出的离析率指标对复合改性沥青储存稳定性的评价具有可行性。
The effects of rubber powder treatment method,rubber powder content and mixing processing on the stability of eight different rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt during thermal storage were analyzed by conventional test and MSCR test based on the separation rate index,and the microstructure was verified by optical microscope.The results showed that after the dense refining process,the storage stability of recycled binder powder/SBS composite modified asphalt was significantly improved,and the recycled rubber powder was better than conventional rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt.The storage stability of the three composite modified asphalt gradually decayed with the increase of rubber powder content.Light microscopy showed that the mixing process could combine SBS with desulfurized and degraded recycled rubber powder to improve the thermal storage stability of modified asphalt,and verified the feasibility of evaluating the storage stability of composite modified bitumen based on the separation rate index proposed by MSCR test.
