摘要
为解决传统旋转机械振动控制方法内激励源振动响应性质分析不精确、振动信号分类控制准确率差等问题,引入准滑膜离散控制算法,提出了一种新的旋转机械振动控制方法。首先,对旋转机械振动形式进行分类,获取机械振动弹性转轴的弹性力;然后,采用准滑膜离散控制算法,计算旋转机械齿套振动角速度;最后,依据解调变换控制技术,全方位实现旋转机械振动控制的目标。分析实验可知,在旋转机械振动信号的网络识别准确率与振动信号分类控制的准确率方面,新的振动控制方法均高于传统控制方法,有效提升了旋转机械振动控制效率与效果,可行性较高。
In order to solve the problems of imprecise analysis of the vibration response of the excitation source and poor accuracy of the vibration signal classification control in the traditional vibration control method of rotating machinery,the quasi synovial discrete control algorithm is introduced,and a new vibration control method design of rotating machinery is proposed.Firstly,the vibration forms of rotating machinery are classified,and the elastic force of the elastic rotating shaft is obtained.Then,the quasi-slip film discrete control algorithm is used to calculate the vibration angular velocity of the gear sleeve.Finally,according to the demodulation transform control technology,the vibration control of rotating machinery is realized in all directions.It can be seen from the analysis and experiment that the new vibration control method has higher accuracy in network identification of vibration signals and classification control of vibration signals than the traditional control method,which effectively improves the efficiency and effect of vibration control of rotating machinery and is highly feasible.
