摘要
为了明确榛实象(Curculio dieckamanni)雌雄成虫触角感器类型、数量、分布及形态特征,利用光学显微镜观察榛实象雌雄成虫触角在头部的位置及形态;利用扫描电镜观察榛实象雌雄成虫触角结构特征,触角感器类型、数量、分布及形态特征。结果表明:在榛实象成虫触角上共发现10种类型感器,包括锥形感器、毛形感器、刺形感器、栓锥形感器、镰刀形感器、表皮孔、鳞形感器、孢子囊形感器、腔锥形感器、B9hm氏鬃毛。雌雄成虫触角各类感器总数分别为2392、2131个,雌成虫触角上的各类感器总数显著多于雄成虫(P<0.05)。锥形感器亚型Sb1和Sb2、毛形感器亚型St1和St2、刺形感器亚型Sc2和Sc3、栓锥形感器Ss1和Ss2、镰刀形感器亚型Sf2、表皮孔亚型Cp1在雌雄成虫触角f7节均有分布,刺形感器Sc1在雌雄触角f6、f7节上分布,刺形感器亚型Sc4、Sc6在雌雄触角的梗节、索节f1~f6分布,刺形感器亚型Sc5在雌雄触角的索节f1~f6、棒节f7分布。鳞形感器分布于雌雄触角的柄节、梗节;B9hm氏鬃毛分布于雌雄触角的梗节近柄节处。毛形感器亚型St3、栓锥形感器亚型Ss3、镰刀型感器亚型Sf1、孢子囊形感器1分布于雌性触角的棒节f7。表皮孔亚型Cp2仅分布于雄性触角的棒节f7,腔锥形感器分布于雄性触角的索节f5、f6节。在雌雄触角各节中,棒节f7中分布感器数量最多,雌雄分别1338、1198个;柄节分布感器数量最少,雌雄分别为66、58个。在雌雄触角感器中,刺形感器亚型Sc5分布最多,雌雄分别为477、433个;锥形感器亚型Sb2分布最少,雌雄均为5个。
To clarify the type,quantity,distribution and morphological characteristics of the antennal sensilla of the female and male adults of Curculio dieckamanni,the position and shape of the antennae on the head of the male and female adults were observed by optical microscope;the structure characteristics of the antennae and the type,number,distribution and morphological characteristics of the antennae of the male and female adults were observed by scanning electron microscope.A total of 10 types of sensilla were found on the antennae of male and female adults,including Sensilla basiconica,Sensilla trichoid,Sensilla chaetica,Sensilla styloconica,Sensilla falciform,Cuticular pore,Sensilla sporangia,Sensilla squamiformia,Sensilla coeloconica and B hm bristles.The total number of sensilla in females was 2392,while that in males was 2131,and the total number of sensilla in females was significantly higher than that in males.Sensilla basiconica subtypes Sb1 and Sb2,Sensilla trichoid subtypes St1 and St2,Sensilla chaetica subtypes Sc2 and Sc3,Sensilla styloconica subtypes Ss1 and Ss2,Sensilla falciform subtype Sf2 and Cuticular pore subtype Cp1 are distributed in the club segment f7 of both males and females.Sensilla chaetica subtypes Sc1 are distributed in the f6 and f7 segments of males and females,Both Sensilla chaetica subtypes Sc4 and Sc6 are distributed in the segments f1-f6 and pedicel of both males and females,and Sensilla chaetica subtypes Sc5 are distributed in the male and female segments f1-f6 and club segment f7.Sensilla squamiformia are distributed in the scape and pedicel segmnts of males and females.B hm’s bristle are distributed in the f4 segment of both males and females.Sensilla trichoid subtype St3,Sensilla styloconica subtype Ss3,Sensilla falciform subtype Sf1 and Sensilla sporangia,they are distributed in the female club segment f7.Cuticular pore subtype Cp2 are distributed in male club segment f7,while Sensilla coeloconicas are distributed in male segments f5 and f6.Among the segments of male and female antennae,the number of sensilla in the club segment f7 was the largest,with 1338 in females and 1198 in males.The number of sensilla in the Scape was the least,66 in females and 58 in males.Among the male and female antennal sensilla,sensilla styloconica subtype Sc5 had the largest number,with 477 in females and 433 in males.Sensilla basiconica subtype Sb2 had the least distribution,with 5 in both sexes.
