摘要
城乡融合发展是苏州推动农业农村现代化的重要篇章。党的二十大报告提出:“着力推进城乡融合和区域协调发展,推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长。”作为国家发改委城乡发展一体化综合改革试点城市,苏州在全国率先提出以“三化一融”实现农业农村现代化。文章根据苏州城乡融合发展的具体实践以及当前存在的问题,提出了城乡要素配置融合、乡村产业发展融合、城乡收入分配融合、城乡公共服务融合、城乡环境生态融合、城乡社会文化融合的实施路径,以期为加快苏州城乡融合进程,在全国率先基本实现农业农村现代化,提供策略思考和工作建议。
Urban-rural integration is an important chapter in Suzhou's agricultural and rural modernization.The report of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward:"Strive to promote urban-rural integration and coordinated regional development,and promote the effective improvement of quality and reasonable growth of the economy."On the basis of many years of experience in the national pi-lot project of urban-rural integration,Suzhou takes the lead in proposing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas with"three modernizations and one integration".The paper puts forward the implementation path of urban and rural factor allocation integration,rural industrial development integration,urban and ru-ral income distribution integration,urban and rural public service integration,urban and rural environmen-tal ecological integration,and urban and rural social and cultural integration,in order to provide strategic thinking and suggestions for accelerating the process of urban and rural integration in Suzhou,improving the quality of development,and taking the lead in basically realizing agricultural and rural modernization in the country.
