摘要 沙门氏菌约有2600种血清型,在自然界的存在非常普遍,属于条件致病菌,不仅威胁畜禽的生长健康,还影响公共安全和食品安全。近年来,牦牛养殖业发展较快,而沙门氏菌逐步加大了对牦牛养殖业的影响程度。现实生产中也有因滥用抗生素而造成沙门氏菌耐药的问题,给牦牛产业带来巨大的经济损失,使沙门氏菌病的防治越来越困难。该文针对牦牛沙门氏菌病原学、临床症状及诊断等开展系统分析。 There are about 2600 serotypes of salmonella,which are very common in nature and belong to opportunistic pathogens.They not only threaten the health of livestock and poultry,but also affect public safety and food safety.In recent years,the development of cattle-raising industry is rapid,and salmonella gradually increased the impact of cattle-raising industry.In reality,there is also the problem of salmonella drug resistance caused by the abuse of antibiotics,which brings great economic loss to the cattle industry and makes it more and more difficult to prevent and cure the salmonella disease.In this paper,the etiology,clinical symptoms and diagnosis of salmonella yak were systematically analyzed.
